Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AstroManage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all astrologers, clients, and visitors who access or use AstroManage.

2. Platform description

AstroManage provides booking management, Kundli chart generation, client CRM, WhatsApp automation, and payment processing tools for professional astrologers in India. We are a software platform — we do not provide astrology services ourselves and we are not responsible for the accuracy of astrological advice given by astrologers using our platform.

3. Astrologer accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You must complete KYC verification before accepting payments
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, service listings, and pricing
You must honour bookings confirmed through the platform
You must not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
You are solely responsible for the astrological advice you provide
One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted

4. Platform commission

AstroManage charges a 15% commission on each booking payment. This is deducted automatically before the net amount is settled to your bank account. The commission covers Razorpay payment processing, WhatsApp Business API costs, Kundli engine computation, cloud infrastructure, and platform support.

5. Payments and payouts

All payments are collected via Razorpay on behalf of the astrologer
Net earnings (after 15% commission) are settled to your bank account within 2 business days (T+2)
Payouts require a valid Indian bank account and completed KYC
AstroManage is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times
Disputed transactions will be held until the dispute is resolved

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancelled 24+ hours before session: Full refund to client
Cancelled within 24 hours of session: 50% refund to client
No-show (client): No refund
No-show (astrologer): Full refund to client; penalty may apply to astrologer

Clients accept this policy when booking. AstroManage reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion to protect client trust. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Prohibited conduct

Collecting payments outside the platform to avoid commission
Harassment or abusive behaviour toward clients or our support team
Providing false or misleading information in your profile
Using the platform to conduct any illegal activity
Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

8. Intellectual property

AstroManage owns all rights to the platform, its design, code, and brand. Astrologers retain ownership of their session notes and client relationships. You grant AstroManage a limited licence to display your profile and service information to potential clients.

9. Limitation of liability

AstroManage is a software platform and is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of astrological services provided through it. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the platform commissions paid by you in that month.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Astrologers may delete their account from the dashboard. AstroManage may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Pending payouts for completed sessions will be settled after any investigation period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
